Please list any additional procedure(s) you have used in your position that are needed for your successor to carry out the position more efficiently. Use brief definitive statements rather than long paragraphs. Include deadline dates and a copy of any pertinent form or letter that proved helpful.
If you do not have any changes, please send me a card or E-mail to that effect before
February 20th.
The Job Description Committee will use your suggested additions/changes in updating your Job Description and Current Procedures.
