Nomination Committee Survey

THE AMERICAN BELL ASSOCIATION INTERNATIONAL, INC.

     Your name has been suggested to the Nominating Committee of ABA for consideration for Elective Office. Before commencing our deliberations, I should like to know if you are available, and if not, whether you would consider a nomination sometime in the future. I should also like to update our file of information.

     Would you please sign in the appropriate place below and return this letter to me within the next few days. If your answer is "yes", please complete the attached sheet "Prospective ABA Officers and Committee Survey" and return it to me.  This letter does NOT mean that you have been nominated, only that your name has been suggested for nomination. If you are nominated for office, I shall notify you at a later date.
